Torsten Müller is a consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services - Public Sector. He specializes in consulting clients in the field of IT policy/strategy and enterprise architecture. He is also experienced in the area of Application Integration and IT Management.

Torsten has gained his experience working in several strategic IT consulting and large-sized application integration projects manly in the German healthcare and banking industries.

Before IBM he worked as a project manager and consultant for two service companies. He optimized the payment transactions of different medium-sized banks by introducing of writing recognition systems, transaction interfaces and electronic document managing systems.

Torsten received his diploma degree as an Engineer for Technology in Design and Development from the University of Chemnitz. Torsten’s native language is German and he is fluent in English.
