Developing
an Enterprise Architecture is a daunting task. Is it possible to grow and evolve an
enterprise architecture incrementally, and deliver useful business value from the very
beginning of the effort? Building on the definition of architecture from my earlier talk,
this session proposes how to do so, and the implications for scope, objectives and
