the benefits of an enterprise architecture? What is an architecture management team useful
for? How can we measure that? We are confronted with those questions while pursuing an
enterprise architecture management program. We have to answer those questions to convince
managers that enterprise architecture is a strong means of effectiveness and efficiency
improvement. The presentation will show some examples of metrics and key performance indicators, that may help to collect data for answering those questions. |
