Rolf Siegers joined Raytheon in 1984 and is Chief Architect of the Garland Engineering Center in Raytheon Intelligence and Information Systems. Rolf currently leads the Raytheon Enterprise Architecture Process (REAP) initiative, and has led several multi-discipline software architecture teams for large-scale, software-intensive systems since 1997. He is certified as a TOGAF8 architect (The Open Group) and as an ATAMSM Evaluator (Software Engineering Institute). He has presented at conferences for the Department of Defense, INCOSE and The Open Group. Rolf holds bachelor degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics from Huntingdon College and is a member of IEEE and INCOSE. He resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife Anita and children Hannah, Emily, and Dylan.
