that was addressed in the call, and the issue resolution updated.
Bug Note: 0005198 was edited to change "and the output of set
-o and set +o shall" to "may" in response to a comment
on the mailing list:
It was observed that Mantis appears to mangle URLs in bug notes.
Andrew took an action to flag this to Mark Brown to see if there is
anything we can do to improve the handling. Bug note 5200 in bug 1384
is a good example.
