This is an estimated project timeline. This will be updated after
each meeting. 

Known risks: We may decide due to delays in .1a/.2b to push draft 2 and 
beyond back one quarter which would lead to "technical completion" at the
end of the first quarter of  Year 2001.

This plan allows between 4 and 12 weeks editing cycle for draft
production and a 6 week review period for each draft.


Milestones:

	September 1998 - Initial meeting to formulate scope
	March 1999 - Meeting to produce editing notes for Draft 1.

	June 1st 1999 - Joint Specification Draft 1 available
	June 1st - July 13th  Review Period for Draft 1
	July 20-22 Review meeting Montreal Canada

	(11 week editing cycle for production of draft 2)

	October 11- Nov 22 Review Period for Draft 2
	December 6 - 10 Review meeting

	January 31st 2000 - Joint Specification Draft 3 available
