STATUS: OPEN ACTION AI-2006-02-28: AJ to filter the XSH, XCU and XRAT aardvarks for SD5 and interps material. (ongoing action) STATUS: OPEN, ongoing in progress The cutoff for draft 1 was June 12. We are not planning to take any changes past that date at the moment. Austin/280r1 is the latest notes arising from SD5 and is frozen The new document with new issues arising from SD5 is Austin/302 ACTION AI-2006-04-01: Nick Stoughton/Andrew Josey to send reports to SC22 prior to the Sep 2006 SC22 Plenary (due date: July 2006) STATUS: OPEN Revision Draft Status ---------------------- Draft 1 is on time. We have commenced the builds. The documents will include change bars against the 2004 edition. It should be noted that in some areas the change barring is for string changes, such as that referring to the current standard which changes from 1003.1-2001 to 1003.1-200x in the draft. We discussed the scope of the review comments to be accepted on this draft and agreed to constrain accepted comments for Draft 1 to the changed and deleted text only (as noted in the roadmap). Other defects should continue to be reported against the approved standard using the regular defect reporting mechanism. PASC ---- The status remains as last time, the SEC will commence a vote on approving the PAR on June 24. Once approved by the SEC we should also submit this to ISO SC22 for information. We are targeting this for draft two and so need to decide what to do in this area. We discussed the options and agreed to do that Action 2006-06-02: Ulrich will produce a proposal for revising the options Next Face to Face Meeting We have a face to face meeting scheduled for after the draft 1 review completes. A tentative date is the w/c September 25 in Reading, this is the week after the London SC22 plenary meeting. Next Steps ----------- Andrew will update the aardvark reports with the latest inbound defect reports.
