Minutes of the 14 June 2012 Teleconference Austin-560 Page 1 of 1 Submitted by Andrew Josey, The Open Group. 15th June, 2012 Attendees Mark Brown, IBM, TOG OR Don Cragun, PASC OR Geoff Clare, The Open Group Eric Blake, Red Hat Andrew Josey, The Open Group (partial) Joerg Schilling, Fraunhofer Society Nick Stoughton, USENIX, ISO/IEC OR (partial) Apologies Jim Pugsley, Oracle - TC1-2008 development Andrew has announced The Open Group company review to commence July 1 and run until August 15. It should be noted that the IEEE ballot and the ISO ballot will be submitting comments through their own channels, and so we will need to coordinate with them, and at least ensure they receive a comment about coordinating with any comments raised in the Austin Group. - General Observation on bugs received It has been noted that some recent bugs received have been against the new merged draft with its page and line numbers. In some cases we have had to update the bugs to issue 7. It should be noted that bug reports should either be against Issue 7 or the TC1 Draft 5 document and that TC1 is not accepting new issues but editorials on the current content. If any working group members need to obtain a copy of the pdf version of Issue 7 they should contact Andrew. * Old Business +Bug 0000561: NUL-termination of sun_path in Unix sockets OPEN http://austingroupbugs.net/view.php?id=561 We agreed to leave this open as Eric plans to update the proposal. +mbsnrtowcs() discussion OPEN Nick agreed to take an action to file a defect report. + email discussion minus sign vs hyphen-minus There has been some discussion on the reflector about use of minus sign versus hyphen-minus (see mail seq 17606).
