The editing of the IEEE recirculation draft has been completed and will be started shortly - this will be a 10 day recirculation. Andrew will send a note to the PASC SEC to inform them that is the next step. A new merged draft has been produced and a URL sent out to the core team, so they can check all the single quite character changes.
