* General news
Andrew reported that he has now submitted the TC to The Open Group
Governing Board for approval, and that it is undergoing an email
ballot.

Andrew also reported that an updated merged draft has been posted,
including the change history:

There was a request that in future TCs and Revisions, the CHANGE
HISTORY sections include the titles of the Mantis reports in addition
to the bug number.

At IEEE, P1003.1-2008/Cor2 (C/PA) "IEEE Draft Standard for Information
Technology - Portable Operating System Interface (POSIX(R)) -
Corrigendum 2" will be reviewed by RevCom on 29 June 2016.
