* General news

Andrew announced he has been informed by IEEE that they will be publishing a
rolled up 2016 edition after all. This is now in the final stages of preparation 
by the editors.

Keld had joined the meeting to voice concerns about the ISO/IEC approval process.
We noted this is a matter for ISO/IEC and we are proceeding as instructed
by the ISO/IEC JTC 1 secretariat. 
Andrew and Nick will try to attend the SC22 meeting remotely next week, so
the matter can be discussed.
