There were no changes to the body of the standard, just front changes to include the correct IEEE notices and disclaimers. We believe the current resolution is OK. A new bug report covering the problem mentioned may be reported and resolved at a later date. Andrew took an action to approve the interpretation - completed after the meeting. Bug 1041: Encourage implementations to include better integrity checksum, compression and decompression utilities if possible.
