Andrew took an action to address the replacement for The Open Group Organizational Representative.

We agreed that the next meetings will be March 4th and March 7th

We noted that the US moves to daylight saving time on March 10th. Europe moves on March 31st.

awaiting a reply.

Bug 1122: POSIX should include gettext() and friends  OPEN

* Current Business

Bug 1230: Require bc implementations to allow arrays as last parameter OPEN

We agreed in principle with this suggestion. Gavin will provide a test
program to see whether or not an implementation allows arrays. Gavin
to update the grammar to simplify the difference between define_list
and parameter_list (i.e. change the 3 occurrences of opt_parameter_list
to opt_define_list).  Also note that the note in the Rationale needs
to be updated; not deleted.

In relation to Gavin's other planned bug) for new proposals, see
SD6: https://www.opengroup.org/austin/docs/austin_sd6.txt Gavin
should liaise directly with Andrew in the absence of an OR for The
Open Group.

 
Bug 1184: strftime %C padding character unspecified Re-opened

The proposed action conflicts with bug 472.
It will be continued at the next meeting.
