Enclosed are the IEEE ballot comments for Draft 7
Again these have not been posted  automatically to the reflector,
however the items that these comments refer were
filed directly to the reflector.

We are taking advice over whether the second comment,
which although attached to a Yes vote will require another
IEEE recirculation ballot.

comment = I have submitted my comments *and objections* via the Austin
Group channel.	I have a single unresolved objection remaining, but
since it is with respect to an XSI specific feature, I guess that my
ballot must be approve with respect to the IEEE part of the standard.

document, included there.
