@ Page 1923 Line 44313 Section strfmon Editorial [DST-4] Problem: This is an improvement, in that it gives the user a better basis upon which to guess the meaning of the various format specifiers. However, it can be done better: use the "delta" character we use elsewhere for explicit spaces to represent each blank inside square brackets. It appears that simply substituting the code for delta for blanks inside the brackets (and then removing the brackets) would be sufficient. Action: Use "delta" for explicit spaces here. |
