Problem:
The html page (http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/*/functions/getopt.html)
is a bit messy, and the pdf text is not 100% clear around line 17383,
where three conditions are mentioned without connective.

Action for text: insert 'or'.
Action for page: fix the html formatting
