Problem:

Defect code :  1. Error

The shading of the PTHREAD_PRIO_* constants is somewhat simplified
as TPP|TPI.  In fact, only PTHREAD_PRIO_NONE is required for TPP and
TPI.  PTHREAD_PRIO_INHERIT does only have to be available for TPI
and PTHREAD_PRIO_PROTECT only has to be available for TPP.

Action:

- Mark line 10196 with TPI
- Mark line 10197 with TPP|TPI
- Mark line 10198 with TPP
