Problem:

Defect code :  1. Error

The TSF marker for putc_unlocked and putchar_unlocked is on the
previous side on a line of its own.  While not strictly wrong it
certainly is irritating.

Action:

If possible move the TSF marker to the line of the first prototype for
the TSF group.
