If there are problems obtaining the final text of the approved standard,
please let me know- The Open Group is able to assist individuals
actively involved in the standards process who have difficulties
with the purchase of a copy. So please send me an email if you need
assistance. 

I will also be announcing the availability of the Authorized Guide Book
