Problem:

Defect code :  1. Error

This specification states:
"Also, if pgid is 0, the process group ID of the indicated process shall be 
used."

1003.1-1996 states (P.104, sec 4.3.3.2):
"Also, if pgid is zero, the process ID of the indicated process shall be used."

Did we mean to do this? I note that SUSv2 also has the newer wording. I also 
note that the SUS test suites do not test this, either way.

Action:

In the absence of an interpretation declaring otherwise,
please use the 1003.1-1996 wording.
