Problem:

<sys/uio.h> has an XSI-shaded SYNOPSIS, but it and the struct iovec it
defines are referred to from non-XSI-shaded text under <sys/socket.h>.
This seems inconsistent to me.

Action:

Remove XSI shading from the SYNOPSIS of <sys/uio.h>

Add XSI shading to <sys/uio.h> from "The ssize_t and size_t
types" to the end of the section.
