Problem:

Defect code :  1. Error

Subprofiling remnant _POSIX_FILE_LOCKING was missed when other 
IEEE Std 1003.13 subprofiling options were removed from normative 
text. All references should be removed.

getc_unlocked(),getchar_unlocked(),putc_unlocked(), 

Action:

In XSH in the table for sysconf() on page 1467 line 45341 remove the 
_POSIX_FILE_LOCKING table entry.

In XBD in <unistd.h> on page 407 line 14438 remove _SC_FILE_LOCKING.
