Problem:

Defect code :  2. Omission

The paragraph in lines 34038 to 34041 describes behavior which only applies if 
the TPI option is supported.  The pthread_mutexattr_getprotocol man page has 
the functionality appropriately shaded but this is missing here.

This is no loss or addition of a requirement.

Action:

Shade the whole paragraph and mark it wit TPI.
