Problem:
Defect code : 1. Error
The specification for sem_trywait and sem_wait currently requires that EINVAL
is returned for invalid descriptors. This should be just in all the other
cases of functions which take descriptors a "may fail".
Action:
Move line 39068 after line 39069.
