Problem:

Defect code :  2. Omission

The two options (-H and -L) added to pax do not have a paragraph 
as seen in other cmds (e.g., chown, chgrp, ...) that says specifying 
more than one of the mutually-exclusive options shall not be 
considered an error and that the last option specified shall 
determine the behavior of the utility.

This should be added.

Action:

In XCU6 on page 705 at line 27230 add the following paragraph:

"Specifying more than one of the mutually-exclusive options -H and -L
shall not be considered an error and that the last option specified 
shall determine the behavior of the utility."
