Problem:
Edition of Specification (Year): 2003
Defect code : 1. Error
CHARCLASS_NAME_MAX is defined under "Runtime Increasable Values"
and also "Other Invarient Values".
This is an integration issue with the base specifications.
It should be removed from the latter location.
Action:
In the DESCRIPTION section
Under "Other Invariant Values"
Remove lines 9191-9193
"XSI {CHARCLASS_NAME_MAX} Maximum number of bytes in a character class name.
Minimum Acceptable Value: 14"
