Problem:

Edition of Specification (Year): 2003

Defect code :  1. Error

The second paragraph of the description and the operands section
talk about a target_dir operand in the second synopsis form, but
there is no target_dir operand in the synopsis section. 

Action:

Change:
        mv [-fi] source_file... target_file
on P655, L25350 to:
        mv [-if] source_file... target_dir
