Problem:

Edition of Specification (Year): 2004

Defect code :  2. Omission

Errors section defines EINVAL as mandatory when the protocol attribute was 
PTHREAD_PRIO_PROTECT. As this protocol attribute is dependant on the  Thread 
Priority Protection option, this error value should be dependant on TPP also.

Action:

Mark the whole [EINVAL] error as dependant on the TPP option.
