Defect code :  1. Error


The requirement to define the type DIR is unnecessary 
for its use in the standard. In LSB its an opaque
type. 


Action:

Make the type an opaque type by adding after the sentence:

DIR A type representing a directory stream.

The DIR type may be opaque.
