Defect code : 1. Error
http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/000095399/utilities/mv.html,
second paragraph, mentions a "target_dir" operand. The second synopsis,
however, mentions "target_file" operand.
Action:
Change the final operand in the second synopsis to "target_dir".
