Problem:

Defect code :  1. Error

In most SYNOPSIS on the website, spaces are missing before most of the left 
bracket characters ("[").

For example, on 
http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/009695399/utilities/grep.html ,
in "[-E| -F][-c| -l| -q][-insvx][-e pattern_list]..." spaces are missing 
between all "][" pairs.  There should be spaces, because it is not possible to 
write -F-c or -q-x, for example.

Also in "pattern_file...[file...]" and "pattern_list[file...]" a space is 
missing; these things shouldn't be glued together.

In addition, the spaces after the "|" characters are unneeded.

I suppose these missing and superfluous spaces are a conversion problem of the 
rhtm tool.

Action:

Make sure that there is a space before every "[" on the website.  And that 
there is no space after "|".
