Problem:

Defect code :  3. Clarification required

The description of the cp -i option says:

    "Write a prompt to standard error before copying to any existing
    destination file."

Since a directory is a type of file, this implies that a prompt
should be given before copying to an existing directory.  However,
the detailed steps in the main DESCRIPTION do not include this
prompt.  (It would need to be between 2d and 2e.)

Most likely the detailed steps reflect the intended behaviour, and
the reason the description of the -i option does not match them is
that its wording was not chosen sufficiently carefully.

Action:

Change:

    "before copying to any existing destination file"

to:

    "before copying to any existing non-directory destination file"
