Problem:

Edition of Specification (Year): 2008

Defect code :  2. Omission

The See Also for setenv does not mention putenv, (though putenv() has a link to 
setenv()). These two functions are clearly have a relationship, and a cross 
reference between them would be helpful.

Action:

Add "putenv()" to the See Also on page 1858, line 59385.
