I'm using ardy.c (or a slight mod thereof) to format my bug reports.
I received the following form Andrew and Aardvark:

I'll modify my copy of ardy.c to do that, and reformat my current
submissions to match, but thoguht that if others were using ardy,
that they'd like to know.

P.S.  Yes, I'll mail Andrew a copy once it's fixed, to do with
as he wishes.
