I think this must mean the "minutes of the June 1995 POSIX RE meeting".
The PASC interpretations referenced have no changes identified in them.
For this action to be complete we need to have the specific changes from 
June 1995 submitted as changes with respect to the 2001 final text 
(if you do not have the final text please email me direct).

As a hint its easier to get changes accepted if they  require the
plenary review team to do no work:-)
