Based on the feedback on the aardvark reports received by COB May 24,
the following ERNs have now had their disposition changed  to OPEN 
so that further discussion can occur at the next teleconference.

ERN 15 OPEN (was Accept as marked )
ERN 24 OPEN (was Reject )
ERN 38 OPEN (was Accept as marked )

XSH ft

ERN 12 OPEN ( was Accept as marked , the first part will be included in TC1 )
ERN 22 OPEN ( was Reject)
