An update on the outstanding action items status (note that some
of the actions i circulated today had incorrect references,
the AI #'s below are the correct ones).
Please note that Andrew Gollan is not available until the end of the month
and apart from his actions, all the rest are now complete.

(with a broad enough scope to deal with any other issues that arise in
the discusssion).
