The free availability of an ISO LSB standard was one of the issues
in SC22 for standardizing LSB. I am quite sure that it will be solved so
that an ISO LSB standard would be freely available.

The ISO/IEC POSIX standard (latest edition) is available free of charge
on the net via The Open Group.
