The text at the end of XBD 12.1 Utility Argument Syntax, at
the end of section 1., states
# The arguments following the last options and option-arguments are
# named "operands".
Which could also indicate that every option argument is also an
operand because the scope of 'and' is not clear enough. So this
text should be clarified too.
