Revision Draft 5.1 now available

Dear All,

I am pleased to announce the availability of draft 5.1 of the
Revision to the Austin Group specifications. This is the sixth draft of
the revision project and is intended to be the final draft prior to 
publication. The next stage will be to attend to front matter
after the coordination ballots complete.

This is available from the Austin Group web site, you need
to login using your individual id and password at
        http://www.opengroup.org/austin/login.html

There is no Austin Group review for this draft. Its intended for
IEEE ballot and ISO ballot only.  We will take comments on the draft,
although most likely cannot address them until technical 
corrigendum number one.

Please note that an additional  text format draft will be added 
to the download  point when time permits.

These notes accompany Draft 5.1. Draft 5.1 is the final draft for IEEE
ballot and ISO ballot only. 
Diff marks are against Draft 4.

Though note we won't fix them until TC1.

Defect reports against the current standard should continue to be sent
to http://www.opengroup.org/austin/defectreport.html

Changes made in this draft
See Austin/430 for aardvark addressed in this draft.

In addition two editorial corrections (shading in truncate, and
references to a table in sigaction) have also been applied to the draft.
