We seem to have hit a limit in the archive software on that machine. The extended archive ( a secondary machine ) is available https://www.opengroup.org/sophocles/protected/sopuser/show_mail.tpl?CALLER=show_extarchive.tpl&extarchive=Y&source=L&listname=austin-group-l&id=2837&listid= Btw, it does not look as if the 1003.2 Interpretations committee was able to close that issue -- i.e. no consensus -- prior to the 1003.1 revision being approved.
