We seem to have hit a limit in the archive software on that machine.

The extended archive ( a secondary machine ) is available

Btw, it does not look as if the 1003.2 Interpretations committee was
able to close that issue -- i.e. no consensus -- prior to the 1003.1
revision being approved.
