Start at www.opengroup.org/corrigenda/

Scroll down until you come to

    Single UNIX Specification, Version 3 Technical Corrigendum No. 1

(or for a change from TC2, keep going to the "... No. 2" line)

Click the code on the left (U057 or U059); this takes you to
the publications catalog entry.  Under "Availability" on the
right there is a link to the PDF.
