Can we add some notes under the "Project Documentation" link under the 
"Docs" tab that describe Aardvark Mark III details including at least 
the uses of:
    <pre> ... </pre>
    bugid:xxx
and
    noteid:xxx

It is easy to forget the details if you don't use them for a few days
and digging through Mantis isn't always easy given the limited search
regular expression capabilities.
