HTML formatting errors in sec. 2.9.4

I was looking up for loops (to see which expansions are done)
and I noticed the formatting of multi-line code snippets
was missing some newlines:

The format for the for loop is as follows:

for name [ in [word ... ]]do
    compound-listdone
</code>

The same can be observed for the case, while, and other descriptions
of formats in that section.  Here's the link:
