if you visit the POSIX 2008 site:

search for something that doesnt exist like "foo" in the upper left frame,
the search result in the right pane has a link to the word search:
http://www.opengroup.org/cgi-bin/susv3search.pl

except that this search will look in the POSIX 2004 section

if instead, you click "word search" in the upper left frame, you will go
to a page that searches the right thing -- POSIX 2008:
http://www.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/idx/fidx3.html
Desired Action: 
have the POSIX 2008 word search suggestion search POSIX 2008 and not
something else
