In case this proposal ends up being adopted, I suggest that the name
should include a version number, e.g. /posix-v7-utils (we have used V6
in some places for the current POSIX revision, so I assume the next
one will be V7).
This is needed because systems may want to support multiple versions
of the utilities where the conformance requirements differ between
revisions of the standard. (As on Solaris 10 with /usr/xpg4/bin and
/usr/xpg6/bin.)
