Problem:

This paragraph is difficult to follow and not well written (even
when taking into account action in aardvark #19). This comment
is compatible with the action in aardvark #19 and should be used
in conjunction with it.

I think that this change will make the intent of the paragraph more
clear.


Action:

Change the sentence:

Such behavior (for example, behavior dependent on the
availability of mapped files) is not individually marked as an
extension, but the mandatory nature of the feature is marked as an
extension where the option is described, typically in the header where
the corresponding symbolic constant is defined.

with:

Such behavior (for example, behavior dependent on the availability
