TOGAF®/MDA Mapping

This White Paper is one of a series of documents produced by a unique collaboration between three leading consortia in the IT industry: The Integration Consortium, OMG, and The Open Group. Building on an earlier White Paper published jointly by OMG and The Open Group, this White Paper provides a mapping between two sets of industry standards – the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) for Enterprise Architecture, developed by The Open Group Architecture Forum; and the OMG Model Driven Architecture (MDA) family of modeling standards. The Integration Consortium intends to use this mapping as the basis of its own Global Integration Framework (GIF), and has performed the crucial role of user of the TOGAF/MDA mapping in this collaborative effort.
