Pamela K. Isom is a Senior Certified, Executive Architect with IBM Corporation since June 2000. Pam holds a Master of Information Systems Management (MISM) from Walden University and a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) from Chaminade University, Hawaii. The majority of her experience resides in the area of Cloud Computing (end-to-end Cloud services lifecycle), Enterprise Architecture, and Smarter Cities – including Serious Games. Pam specializes in transforming business requirements into emerging business technology solutions. External to IBM, Pam is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a member of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), and a member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). She is also a core contributor to The Open Group publication: Cloud Computing for Business.

Sreekanth Iyerworks as a Senior IT Architect for IBM Security Systems CTO office and focuses on Cloud security. He is an IBM and Open Group Master Certified Architect and is the chair of the Bangalore Chapter of the Association of Enterprise Architects. He has over 17 years’ industry experience and has led several client solutions for the Telecommunication, Electronics, Energy & Utilities, Government, Business Process Outsourcing, and Banking industries. His key areas of work include Cloud Computing, SOA, Event Processing, and Business Process Management. He has authored several technical articles and is a core contributor to The Open Group publication: Cloud Computing for Business. He is certified in SOA, Cloud, and ITIL V3 Foundation.

Andreas Jenzer is a Strategist for HP. In this position he acts as the Chief Technologist for a number of outsourcing clients where he brings thought leadership and strategic direction around next-generation IT capabilities and architectures. An Open Group Master Certified Architect, IT Service Manager, and SAP Technical Consultant, Andreas is the author and co-author of other articles and books ranging from implementing SAP to the art of developing Technology Roadmaps to storage virtualization and related commercial benefits. When not spending time at HP and for his clients, Andreas enjoys mountain biking, backcountry skiing, and other outdoor activities.
