Mark L. Bannon, VP Sales, Marketing and Technical Services, is responsible for managing Phonetic Systems’ marketing, sales and technical service strategies, and for directing the company’s North American operations. Mr. Bannon has more than 20 years of high tech executive management experience, including positions at SoftLinx Incorporated, Big Sky Technologies, Cayman Systems Incorporated, Banyan Systems, and Syntrex Incorporated. Mr. Bannon’s responsibilities included the strategic management of worldwide sales, channel development, technical services and support, strategic product marketing and marketing communications activities. Mr. Bannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from American International College in Massachusetts.

Sven James is founder and President of CompuSven, Inc. CompuSven offers products and services that enable complete migration and coexistence between mainframe e-mail systems such as TAO and SYSM and distributed messaging systems such as Notes, Exchange, and Netscape. CompuSven works with large companies on message system topology design and message systems selection. Steve Tillery, Chief Technology Officer, joined Fischer International in 1983 as a developer and architect for TAO, a robust client/server messaging system. He has over fifteen years of experience implementing and developing a variety of e-mail technologies for PC and web clients, secure messaging, and a variety of gateway technologies

Jerry Matczak, Marketing Manager at Control Data, has marketing responsibility for the company’s full range of directory solutions. Prior to joining Control Data, Jerry held marketing and sales positions at Enterprise Solutions Limited. Jerry is a frequent speaker at industry events, including EMA events.

Steve Kille is the President & COO of MessagingDirect, a provider of Extranet Messaging Solutions, based on high-performance standards-based messaging and directory servers. Steve was the founder of Isode, which merged to form MessagingDirect in 1999. Steve has eighteen years of experience with messaging, directory, security, OSI and Internet technology, and has been responsible for a range of widely deployed products and standards, working with the IETF (Internet Engineering Task Force), ISO/ITU, and EMA. He has worked on various Internet directory standards, and is one of the authors of the LDAP standards.
